Academic programmes:

 Undergraduate

IBAT College Dublin offers a range of undergraduate courses in Accountancy and Finance, Computers and IT Design, and Business and Management. A practical, relevant and academically respected qualification is essential for any ambitious business professional or entrepreneur.

IBAT's HETAC Level 7 Bachelor of Business Degree gives the student a firm foundation in arena Business and Commerce and there is the option to study for a further year to gain a Level 8 with electives in Marketing, International Business and Business Information Systems. .   The best thing about graduating from a Business or Management course at IBAT is the possibilities it brings.  Effective business services underpin the success of all organisations in the public, private and community sectors, from large commercial enterprises through to small not-for-profit organisations.
 
IBAT’s Masters in Business Administration (MBA) course is a dynamic industry focused qualification. An MBA is the most desired qualification in the world and is an essential part of any Entrepreneur’s or Business leader’s CV. It’s designed to give the students extensive management skills such as leadership, strategic thinking, innovation and critical analysis. The programme tackles current industry challenges head-on and covers areas that are vital to the individual and organisations successes. A mix of course-work, individual assignments, group work and presentations are used for the purpose of the overall assessment. Academically rigorous, stimulating and practical, a successful MBA challenges students through classroom learning and practical opportunities to apply new skills learned.
 

Study Abroad

IBAT welcomes applications from International students. The Institute applies the Institutes of Technology Central Evaluation Forum (IOTCEF) for applicant scoring. The purpose of the IOTCEF scoring system is to provide a central scoring system for applicants presenting school leaving qualifications other than the Irish Leaving Certificate and FETAC Level 5/6 examinations. This programme is on the Department
of Education’s Internationalisation Register of approved programmes for the purpose of access to employment by international students from outside the EU/EEA.

Foundation Courses

IBAT offers a variety of Certificate courses is many disciplines. These are excellent courses that give the student the basic knowledge to explore a career of their choice. Most of IBAT's certificate courses will allow the student to move on to Higher levels and expand their knowledge base and specialise.

 English language Centre

IBAT College Dublin is a well established and highly regarded Educational facility which is registered with a numbers of Award bodies, e.g. HETAC (Higher Education Training Award Council), FETAC (Further Education Training Award Council) and Cambridge English.

IBAT College has put together a combination of courses, from basic English to an advanced course. Students are tested before being advised on the correct level and students can change level according to their progression.
 
All academic departments are equipped to the highest standard. Our teachers and lecturers are all qualified with a minimum of a Degree qualificationrecognised by the Department of Education and Science and all have experience teaching English as a foreign language.

Student Support Services

The primary goal of the staff in Student Services is to ensure you have access to the support you need to achieve your goals. Each course has a dedicated Programme Co-ordinator whose primary function is to ensure you receive the personal attention
and support you need for all academic and non-academic issues throughout your time with us. We are small enough to build relationships with each of our students and we care about your success. IBAT also offers a full range of support services from
accommodation to information on student visas and the application process.
